Professional authorisation and oversight
Professional title: statutory auditor. Jurisdiction of authorisation: Slovakia. The register is maintained by the Slovak Auditing Oversight Authority (UDVA), Slovanská 1, 811 07 Bratislava. Audit work is governed by Act No. 423/2015 Z. z. and applicable professional rules. The individual licence does not license the company or grant authorisation for every regulated service in other countries.
Independence and acceptance
Independence, conflicts of interest, competence and capacity are assessed before an audit is accepted. We do not combine an audit with our own bookkeeping or financial-statement preparation for the same audited entity. Separating the natural person and the company, or allocating work to different people, does not itself remove independence restrictions. Audit readiness and advisory reviews are not independent audits and do not guarantee an unmodified opinion.
Accounting and tax-related administration
Bookkeeping, financial-statement preparation, tax-return processing from accounting records and electronic filing are agreed within the legally permitted scope and with the necessary authorisations. Accountigo Consulting s. r. o. is not presented as a licensed tax adviser. Tax opinions, planning and contested interpretations require an appropriately authorised professional; Act No. 78/1992 Zb. is relevant.
Digital assets and international work
Accounting and reporting support is not investment advice, asset management, crypto custody or licensed fund administration. Projects, including Gibraltar-related work, are assessed individually. Foreign legal, tax and regulated activities require appropriately authorised providers. No unverified partnerships are claimed.
