Who processes information
The presentation website and accounting/advisory enquiries are operated by Accountigo Consulting s. r. o., IČO 55 095 640, Ivanská cesta 19109/32B, 821 04 Bratislava – mestská časť Ružinov. Audit enquiries are handled in his own name by Ing. Marek Gális, statutory auditor practising as a natural person, licence no. 1308. Each is an independent controller for their area. Information collected
Name, email, selected service and message; optionally company, telephone, country of business and desired timing. The form does not accept attachments. Do not send national identifiers, health information, passwords or employee/client personal data. The server also processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect against misuse.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use details to respond to enquiries, arrange a conversation and propose an engagement. For business representatives, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Steps requested by an individual who will personally be the contracting party rely on Article 6(1)(b). Form security relies on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
How an enquiry is routed
Messages go to the shared contact mailbox info@accountigo.com. Audit enquiries are addressed to Ing. Marek Gális in his independent professional capacity; other enquiries are handled by the company. Authorised mailbox users route enquiries according to the selected service. Your details are not automatically added to marketing. An enquiry does not create an engagement.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 12 months after the last communication, or less when no longer needed. Engagement records follow the specific purpose, agreement and statutory requirements. Form-protection counters expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup or the next request. Form sessions are valid for up to two hours. Operational and error logs are used for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days, unless a documented incident investigation or legal claim requires longer.
Essential cookies and technical protection
The contact form uses the strictly necessary, temporary ACCOUNTIGOFORM cookie to protect against forged requests and duplicate submission. It expires when the browser session ends; server-side validity is up to two hours. Application anti-spam counters hold a cryptographic derivative of the IP address, timestamps and request counts, not message content. Enquiry text is not stored in public website files.
No marketing tracking
No advertising pixels, Google Analytics, external fonts, embedded video or third-party maps are deployed. Language switching does not store a marketing identifier. Interface events are not automatically transmitted to an analytics service. Register links open only when clicked and their own privacy terms then apply.
Recipients and location
Access is limited to the relevant provider, authorised personnel and technical providers as necessary. The site is configured for hosting and mail delivery using Websupport infrastructure. No intentional transfer to an external CRM, advertising system or outside the European Economic Area is configured. Ordinary email communication also involves the recipient’s mail provider. Changes to recipients or international transfers must be reflected in this notice and appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email info@accountigo.com and indicate the relevant service. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
Voluntary information and decisions
The form is voluntary. Without a name, contact and a short description we may not be able to handle an enquiry; you can email us instead. We do not use profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
